Statement

I/We under penalty of perjury claim that the film which I applied to participate in Tuzla Film Festival is my property and I/we, the undersigned, am/are sole proprietor/proprietors and I/we have full authority giving these film for activities related to the projections, promotions and all the other activities related to the film festival. Also I/we responsibly claim this film is not subject to judicial process and I/we will in case for possible third party claim(s) to this film personally take all possible costs and fees. Also, if Tuzla Film Festival gets sued by any natural or legal person and if the complaint concerns initiating judicial proceedings in relation to the film for which I/we guarantee that is my / our property, I/we agree to bear all the costs of lawyers.

I/we will indemnify and exempt Tuzla Film Festival, their sponsors and partners, individually and collectively, from all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, including legal costs arising out or relating to any and all claims or third party claim(s), on the basis of materials submitted to Tuzla Film Festival. Tuzla Film Festival with this has my permission to use my name, my film, photography, and press materials for the promotion of the festival.

I / We understand that the materials will not be returned to sender.
